Refund policy

We want you to love every TeinPro product. If you’re unsatisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery if:

• The product is unopened and in original packaging.
  
  
• It is not a customized or non-returnable item.
  To initiate a return, email: support@teinpro.in with your order number.
  
  

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the product is returned and inspected. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error was on our end).

3. Damaged/Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll offer a full replacement or refund. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used items
  
  
• Gift cards or promotional items
  
  
• Items marked “non-returnable”
  
  

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only processed for incorrect or defective products.
